A restoration project focused on preserving an architecturally significant mid-century modern home that was suffering from decades of unsealed exterior wood and a failing roof structure. The work was less about reinventing the home and more about saving it — repairing what time and the original construction had let go.

We refinished all of the exterior woodwork, which had never been sealed at the time of the original build and was accumulating mold and discoloration. We replaced the entire roof structure, which was failing, and fabricated and installed custom metal work around the exterior. Inside, we completed a series of electrical additions and modifications to bring systems up to current needs without disturbing the home's character.

“It was a pleasure working along side Bill, Cam and their entire professional team. They helped to create a one of a kinda space....I have and will continue to recommend Weaver Construction to my clients and look forward to working with them in the future.”
The Owners
The home's envelope is now properly sealed and protected for the long term, the failing roof has been replaced, and the original architectural character has been preserved throughout.
