A two-story modern custom home designed and built by Weaver Construction, completed in October 2021. The home is a showcase of modern materials and detailing, including Sho Sugi Ban siding, Marvin Modern window systems, La Cantina folding doors, a see-through Montigo fireplace, custom steel staircase and fireplace surround, wide-plank white oak flooring, and a concrete-paver rooftop deck.

The goal was to design and build a modern speculative home that would stand out in the market through architectural quality and materials — a home positioned at the high end of modern design, with no shortcuts on finishes, technology, or detailing.

As the design-build firm on the project, we handled the home end-to-end: architectural design, structural execution, custom fabrication (including the steel staircase and fireplace surround), and the full materials package. The specification list reads as a tour of high-end modern construction — La Cantina doors, Marvin Modern windows, smart lighting, concrete paver roof deck system, solid stone and tile work, white oak flooring, Sho Sugi Ban siding, metal roofing, and beautiful concrete retaining walls and walkways.
